After the success of last year's contemporary Montecito collection, Whitecraft has introduced the Oasis collection. Like Montecito, it is made of All-Weather wicker (weather wicker) and is intended for outdoor use, offered in Aged Ivory finish color. Its design features more curves than the rectilinear Montecito, yet achieves stylish, contemporary lines that are becoming more popular than the more traditional, Victorian-inspired choices. The collection consists of lounge items that may be placed to achieve a desired seating arrangement, as well as a dining set with either stone or woven table tops. All-Weather Wicker All-Weather Wicker is 100% HDPE (High Density Polyethylene infused with UV inhibitors). HDPE is a light material which, combined with an exclusive process, creates a unique and remarkable product with color consistency, durability and strength. HDPE can mimic the natural beauty, character and vibrant colors of natural wicker and rattan, yet is maintenance free, easy to clean, hygenic, safe and sanitary. The material will not rot, peel, fade or chip. It is UV-protected, and cannot be damaged by rain, sun or salt water, and is scratch-resistant. Open weave prevents the wicker from retaining heat, even after long hours in the sun. The frame is made of sturdy, maintenace free, non-corrosive aluminum and are finished with a premium automotive lacquer. Whitecraft All-Weather Wicker has a natural give for total body comfort. |
